Sisters in Jazz is a jazz project that premiered at the prestigious Ystad Sweden Jazz Festival in August 2015. Its main assumption is a combination of many cultures for which the common denominator is improvised music, performed only by women, outstanding instrumentalists from all over the world. The fantastic combination of the sounds of Jewish, Scandinavian, Eastern, Central and Southern European music with an Asian admixture allowed Sisters in Jazz to develop its own unique quality, wonderfully received by audiences in various countries. The project has been shown so far in Germany, Switzerland, Sweden, Denmark and Norway, where the concert halls were filled to the brim every time.
