Between Voice & Bass is a unique, intimate jazz project led by acclaimed Polish vocalist Ewa Uryga, exploring timeless jazz standards through a minimalist and highly expressive musical language.

The project is built around the dialogue between voice, double bass and drums, creating an open space for improvisation, interaction and nuanced interpretation. Rather than relying on a large ensemble, the music draws its strength from the intimacy of the instrumentation and the individual voices of the musicians.

The repertoire includes timeless standards associated with artists such as Ella Fitzgerald, Billie Holiday, Nina Simone, Frank Sinatra, Natalie Cole and Wynton Marsalis, reinterpreted with elegance, sensitivity and a contemporary jazz approach.
